SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT PLAN (S.H.E.)

Bayview has a stringent Safety, Health and Environmental Plan aimed fundamentally to provide guidelines for the implementation of safety conditions and procedures in the workplace, guaranteeing minimum safety, hygiene and health conditions in all of our business activities.

ISO (INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR STANDARDIZATION) 9000

The ISO 9000 family addresses Quality Management. Bayview strives to fulfill our customer's quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual performance objectives. Bayview is currently in the process of becoming ISO 9000 certified.

BUILDING OWNERS AND MANAGERS ASSOCIATION (BOMA)

Bayview is a current member of The Building Owners and Managers Association International, an international federation of more than 100 local associations and affiliated organizations.BOMA International is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.

UNITED STATES GREEN BUILDING SOCIETY (USGBC)

The U.S. Green Building Council is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone. The organization assumes administration of LEED certification for all commercial and institutional projects registered under LEED Rating Systems. Although they do not currently certify buildings outside of the USA, Bayview uses these same principles to develop buildings worldwide.
